By accessing or using lybacode.ink ("Service") operated by Lynto Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Lynto Labs provides an AI-powered code assistant platform ("LYBACODE" / "ЛЮБАКОДЪ") that helps users write, analyze, and transform code and content. The Service includes web-based chat, workspace, file analysis, and content generation features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region. Refunds are governed by the Public Offer & Refund Policy. Lynto Labs reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs you receive, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may not be unique and similar output may be provided to other users.
You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, creates deepfakes or synthetic media impersonating real individuals, or otherwise violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities are described in the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use your conversations or uploaded files to train AI models.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Lynto Labs DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Lynto Labs'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Lynto Labs SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
For international users, these Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. For users in the Russian Federation, the Russian-language Public Offer applies, governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
