Lynto Labs grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the LYBACODE Service under the terms of the selected subscription plan.
Prices are listed on the Pricing page in the applicable currency. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. Lynto Labs issues electronic receipts in compliance with applicable fiscal regulations (including Federal Law No. 54-FZ for Russian Federation users).
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time from Settings.
Within the first 14 days of a new subscription (or as required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction), you may request a full refund if:
After 14 days, or if more than 10% of credits have been used, refunds are issued at our discretion on a prorated basis.
Per the Russian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 2300-1), Russian users may withdraw from a digital service contract within 7 days if the service has not been materially consumed.
Lynto Labs targets 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.
For users in the Russian Federation: governed by Russian law, disputes resolved in courts of the Russian Federation. For international users: governed by the laws of Cyprus.
