1. Purpose

This policy defines prohibited uses of the lybacode.ink Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

You may not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute:

Deepfakes or synthetic media impersonating real individuals without their consent
Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content promoting violence
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation of minors
Malware, phishing, or tools designed for unauthorized access
Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
Content violating export control or sanctions regulations

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract model weights or proprietary algorithms
Automated scraping or bulk data extraction from the Service
Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or security measures
Reselling or sublicensing access without written authorization
Using the Service to develop competing AI products

Report violations to [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

Violations may result in: content removal, account suspension, permanent ban, reporting to law enforcement, and/or legal action.
